11. Candidate Introduction and Ownership

11.1 Candidate details, CVs and profiles provided by Tailored Search are confidential.

11.2 By receiving this information, you agree that:

  • It remains the property of Tailored Search

  • It will not be shared with third parties without consent

11.3 If you engage or employ a candidate introduced by Tailored Search within 12 months of the introduction, this will be deemed an introduction by Tailored Search.

11.4 Tailored Search reserves the right to charge a fee in line with its standard Terms of Business.

11.5 This applies regardless of whether a formal agreement was signed prior to the introduction.

 

12. Contractor and Temporary Worker Conversion

12.1 Where Tailored Search supplies a temporary worker or contractor to a client, the worker remains under the introduction of Tailored Search.

12.2 If the client, or any associated business, directly engages the contractor or temporary worker (whether on a permanent, fixed-term, contract or consultancy basis):

  • During the assignment; or

  • Within 12 months of the end of the assignment

this will be deemed a transfer or introduction by Tailored Search.

12.3 In such circumstances, Tailored Search reserves the right to charge a conversion or introduction fee in line with its standard Terms of Business.

12.4 This applies whether the engagement is direct or through a third party.
